How We Communicate

We use dedicated WhatsApp channels to notify photographers of newly posted jobs as quickly as possible. As soon as a customer submits a request, the job is shared in the relevant channel so photographers can view and respond in real time.

Opportunities are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. The fastest photographers to react will have their details passed on to the customer. These details may include a contact number, email address, website link, or a link to their portfolio on LastMinutePhotographers.

To protect privacy, customer details are never shared with photographers. Instead, the responsibility is on the customer to make contact with the photographer(s) whose details they receive. This approach ensures a fast, fair, and privacy-conscious way of connecting customers with available photographers.
