By accessing or using LastMinutePhotographers (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. What LastMinutePhotographers Is

LastMinutePhotographers is a community-based directory and connection platform that allows photographers (“Photographers”) and customers (“Customers”) to find and contact each other.

We:

• Do not provide photography services

• Do not employ photographers

• Do not act as an agent, broker, or representative

• Do not manage bookings, contracts, payments, or deliverables

All arrangements are made solely between the Photographer and the Customer.

2. No Responsibility for Quality of Work

LastMinutePhotographers is not responsible for:

• Quality, style, or suitability of photography

• Missed deadlines, dissatisfaction, or disputes

• Failure to deliver images or services

Any issues must be resolved directly between the Photographer and the Customer.

3. Payments & Fees

• LastMinutePhotographers does not process or handle payments

• We are not responsible for pricing, refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks

• Any financial agreement is strictly between users

4. Safety Disclaimer

LastMinutePhotographers is not responsible for the safety or conduct of any user.

We strongly recommend:

• Meeting in pairs or groups of two

• Informing someone where you are going and who you are meeting

• Taking reasonable personal safety precautions at all times

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

5. Insurance Responsibility

Photographers are solely responsible for:

• Public liability insurance

• Equipment insurance

• Any required professional cover

We do not verify, nor are responsible for insurance status.

6. Impersonation, Fraud & Content Ownership

The following will result in an immediate ban:

• Impersonating a photographer or another individual

• Submitting work that is not your own

• Misrepresenting experience, identity, or portfolio ownership

We reserve the right to remove content and accounts without notice.

7. Community Conduct – Zero Tolerance Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy for:

• Bullying or harassment

• Sexism or misogyny

• Racism or racial discrimination

• Ageism

• Hate speech or hateful conduct of any kind

• Threats, abuse, or intimidation

Violations may result in:

• Content removal

• Account suspension

• Permanent ban

Decisions are made at our sole discretion.

8. Complaints & Enforcement

• Users receiving multiple complaints may be suspended or banned

• We are not obligated to disclose complaint details

• We may act without warning where appropriate

9. Account Accuracy

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information

• Keep profiles up to date

• Not mislead other users

False or misleading information may result in removal.

10. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years or older to create an account or use the Platform.

11. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Photographer availability

• Response times

• Platform uptime

• Accuracy of listings or reviews

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LastMinutePhotographers is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, injury, or disputes

• Financial losses or missed opportunities

• Actions or omissions of users

• Personal injury or property damage

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LastMinutePhotographers from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

• Your use of the Platform

• Interactions with other users

• Breach of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

• At any time

• For any reason

• Without notice

Including but not limited to breaches of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
